General Terms and Conditions
Welcome Bingo ("the Promoter", "We") is owned and operated by Sunshine Digital Media India.
- Welcome Bingo is open to everyone aged 18 or over, excluding employees, officers and directors of Sunshine Digital Media India and their immediate families, and any of its licensees, software suppliers, developers, affiliates or subsidiary companies.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Facebook, and that Facebook has no liability for any element of this promotion.
- By registering for a free account with Welcome Bingo, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions as well as understand how we store and use your data as stated in our Privacy Policy.
- Only one Welcome Bingo account allowed per person. Proof of age and identity may be requested. In the case of multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, whether they were created deliberately or inadvertently, we reserve the right to close all these accounts and decline their access to Welcome Bingo in the future.
- To win Cash Voucher, you must register and create a Welcome Bingo account, if already created, log in and play before leader board expires. Leader Board winner gets cash voucher.
- Unless stated otherwise, all Welcome Bingo Cash Vouchers are free and given to leader board winners and no purchase is required to claim cash voucher you must play and win leader board.
- All Cash Voucher are listed on cash voucher page only, Availability of them will vary time to time. If you requested cash voucher is not available support team can ask you to pick any other cash voucher from the available list.
- The winners for each cash voucher will be decided as per leader board positioning. In the unlikely event of a software malfunction, winners will be announced by management. Management decision will be final.
- All winners will be notified by email within 14 days of leader board win. All winners must fulfill documents requirements to claim their cash voucher. If its not fulfill with in specified time cash voucher will be Cancelled.
- We reserve 28 days for delivery of each claimed cash voucher.
- Cash voucher winners must report any cash voucher that has not arrived within 28 days of a claim. After 28 days, we will deem the cash voucher successfully fulfilled, and no re-delivery or replacement cash voucher will be arranged.
- Cash Voucher can only be claimed as well as will be delivered to winners which are resident of UK.
- Points are non-transferrable and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash voucher, goods or services unless stated otherwise in the prize description.
- All Cash Vouchers can be claimed by contacting support team at support@welcomebingo.com.
- We may at our sole discretion disallow entries, refuse to award a cash vouchers, claim back cash voucher or disqualify any person if we reasonably believe that they have tampered with the games or leader board otherwise acted fraudulently or violated these Terms and Conditions.
- By entering a prize draw, all participants grant us permission to use their name, image, photograph and likeness for reasonable advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
- Each winner's name, location and Facebook profile image will be posted on the Welcome Bingo website and applications immediately after each Cash Voucher or Leader Board win. Winners also agree to participate in reasonable advertising, PR and marketing communications.
- We use each participant’s personal details for the purpose of administering the Cash Vouchers. We may also use the personal details provided by participants to contact them about other cash vouchers, leader boards, offers, products and services. Any contact will comply with current direct marketing regulations, and all participants may opt out from our communication at any time by updating their contact preferences in their my account settings. By joining Welcome Bingo, participants indicate their agreement to this use.
- We agree not to share your details with any third party unless it’s required to deliver a part of our service or required by law. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details on what information we collect and how we use it.
- We reserve the right to extend, amend or withdraw a Leader Board or any part of it without prior notice.
- Welcome Bingo and its software suppliers, developers, affiliates and subsidiary companies accept no responsibility for any loss of cash voucher, malfunction of leader board or malfunction of games.
- We will not be responsible if any leader board malfunctions or points are not calculated properly.
- Our decisions are final in all matters relating to the leader board and cash vouchers winnings.
